AUREM Care has been awarded Bronze certification by the Armed Forces Covenant, marking a significant milestone in its commitment to supporting the Armed Forces community.
The prestigious recognition is part of the Employer Recognition Scheme, which recognises employers who provide exceptional support to defence personnel and their families.
Aurem Care currently employs a number of former services personnel and is aiming to widen its reach to spouses and other relatives, including those looking to return to work, perhaps after a deployment overseas.
Leah Marsh, managing director of Aurem Care, said: “We are honoured to be recognised with the Bronze certification from the Armed Forces Covenant and look forward to earning our Silver and Gold awards.
“We are dedicated to supporting our Armed Forces community and ensuring that they receive the respect and opportunities they deserve. This award reflects our ongoing commitment to providing exceptional support to those who serve our country.”
The Armed Forces Covenant represents a national promise to ensure that those who serve or have served in the Armed Forces, along with their families, are treated with fairness and respect in their communities, economy, and society.
The Employer Recognition Scheme acknowledges businesses that go above and beyond their Covenant pledges, offering a three-tier approach of Bronze, Silver and Gold awards to celebrate different levels of commitment.
