DC Care has sold Arden Towers in the North Wales coastal town of Colwyn Bay on behalf of Jay Ashley.
The mental health care home was established by Jay more than 20 years ago and was originally set up in two of the three former properties it now occupies.
Jay appointed DC Care to market the business which was sold to Dr Bruce Moore, an existing North Wales-based operator who has acquired all of the homes in his group via the specialist healthcare business agency..
The sale of Arden Towers was handled by director Andy Sandel and senior sales negotiator Clare Duffy.
Clare said “We are delighted to have successfully concluded the sale for Mr Ashley and would like to wish him the best for the future.
“It was a pleasure working with Dr Moore once again with the latest addition to his care home group.”
The home is registered for 23, has always been very profitable, well-maintained throughout and has never had compliance or occupancy issues.
