RESIDENTS at HC-One Wales’s Peniel Green Care Home in Swansea welcomed a prehistoric guest.
Bramble the remote-controlled dinosaur, who has previously captured hearts on Britain’s Got Talent, made an unforgettable entrance into the home’s lounge, instantly filling the room with laughter and excitement.
He showed off his dance moves, wandered around greeting residents, and happily stopped for plenty of cuddles and photo opportunities.
Residents were thrilled to interact with Bramble up close, with many smiling, laughing and chatting as he posed for pictures and danced alongside them. The visit created a wonderful buzz throughout the home, encouraging conversation, reminiscence and shared enjoyment among residents and colleagues alike.
Home manager Martin Morgan said: “It was fantastic to see the joy on our residents’ faces when Bramble arrived. There was so much laughter in the room, and everyone really engaged with him – from cuddles to dancing along.
“Moments like these are so important for wellbeing, and we’re always looking for creative and fun ways to make our residents smile. We can’t wait to welcome Bramble back again soon.”
The visit is part of Peniel Green Care Home’s ongoing commitment to providing enriching and memorable experiences that support residents’ wellbeing and happiness.
