THE Callywhite in Dronfield has marked its 10th anniversary.
Established on the values of dignity, compassion, and respect, the care home has grown into a well-regarded care provider recognised with the Derbyshire Quality Premium Award.
The home also recently underwent a full refurbishment, ensuring modern, comfortable surroundings for its residents.
“This journey began with my parents, who believed deeply that everyone deserves care delivered with dignity and warmth,” said Deepak Jaiswal, who leads the business today.
“We’ve built The Callywhite on their values, and I’m proud of how the home continues to evolve while staying true to its roots.”
Staffing remains a cornerstone of the home’s success. The Callywhite is proud to be fully staffed at a time when recruitment and retention are significant challenges across the sector.
Home manager Julie Reaney has been part of the team since before the first resident arrivedt.
