Home wins customer care award

STAFF from Black Swan Care Group’s Kings Lynn care home have won a customer care award at a glittering event.

The team were presented with the accolade at the annual West Norfolk Mayor’s Business Awards, held at the town’s Corn Exchange.

Co-managers Jodi Collins and Sally Haynes attended the ceremony with Black Swan’s managing director Tom Lyons and deputy managers Sumer Taylor and Denisa Odica. 

Tom said: “I’m so proud of the team at the home. Every day they provide exceptional care to the residents and support their families as well. 

“They provide a crucial service to the local community, and we’re all delighted that their amazing customer care has been recognised in these awards.”

Judges recognised the vital role that the home provides to the community, offering short-term care and longer-term support to people including those living with dementia.
