GLOBAL property consultant Knight Frank has advised a care home and property investment company on the sale of a consented care home development site to Only Care Limited.
The proposed care home consists of 85 beds, with 100 per cent en-suite wet room provision arranged over three storeys, and is situated on 1.42 acres of self-contained site in Weston Turville, Aylesbury. It will benefit from a number of communal spaces including a cinema, gym, private dining room and salon.
The care home will form part of a wider mixed-use Taylor Wimpey scheme comprising more than 300 new residential homes.
