A NEW home care company, SureCare Brent and Barnet, has launched, offering a comprehensive range of regulated and non-regulated services to residents and creating more than 30 jobs.
Founded by experienced healthcare professionals Nirav Patel and Fiona Matei, SureCare Brent and Barnet operates from its base at Staples Corner, near Brent Cross Shopping Mall, London.
The company recently secured its registration with the Care Quality Commission , ensuring compliance with the highest standards of care.
Nirav and Fiona bring more than 15 years of experience in the private healthcare sector, having successfully run nationwide services in the personal injury industry, providing support to insurance companies and solicitors.
The decision to enter the home care sector came in response to growing demand from their existing clients seeking domiciliary care services.
Nirav said: “We were receiving numerous enquiries from clients regarding home care, which prompted us to explore the possibility of establishing a service in this area.
“While we initially considered going it alone, we soon recognised the value of aligning with an established brand like SureCare. Their expertise in regulation and compliance, particularly around securing CQC accreditation, has been invaluable.”
To lead the operational side of the business, Nirav and Fiona have appointed Abigail Golding as their registered manager.
Abigail brings more than a decade of experience in the sector, having worked as both a care worker and coordinator. Together, they have already trained a team of 30 care workers, who are ready to support the needs of individuals across Brent and Barnet.
