Operator captures Pride 2024 celebrations on film

PARKLANDS Care Homes has published a new video to commemorate its Pride 2024 celebrations, highlighting its commitment to inclusivity and diversity.

Filmed over two days at Eilean Dubh in Fortrose and Innis Mhor in Tain, the video features performances by Scottish traditional musicians Blair Teska and Jarad Rowan, singer Sugar Browne and drag queen Venus Guytrap.

The events were open to residents, relatives, employees and members of the wider community, including representatives of Highland Pride.

Donald Morrison, director of communications at Parklands Care Homes, said: “We were thrilled to celebrate Parklands Pride 2024 with such a fantastic lineup of performers.

“Our residents, employees and friends thoroughly enjoyed the celebrations, and the video is a wonderful testament to the vibrant and inclusive atmosphere we aim to promote at our homes.”
