Operator celebrates 25th anniversary

A SCARBOROUGH home care provider has celebrated its 25th anniversary.

SureCare marked the occasion by inviting partners from local authorities, hospitals and other healthcare providers for an afternoon tea at their office.

Registered manager Kayleigh Allanson has been with the company for more than 10 years, starting out as a care assistant before progressing to team leader and deputy manager before taking up her current role.

She now leads a team of more than 50 care workers and is supported by a care coordinator, three team leaders and office administrator.

Kayleigh said: “We pride ourselves on delivering person-centred care, ensuring that every client is given the care or support package tailored to their individual needs.

“We regularly receive testimonials from clients and partner organisations praising our staff for the difference they make to people’s lives.

“We were delighted to host an afternoon tea to say thank you to our partners from local authorities and healthcare providers. By working together as closely as we do, we can provide clients with the highest possible standards of home care.

“The support that our team provides for regulated and non-regulated care helps to ensure that clients are able to continue living as independently as possible in their own homes and also eases some of the pressures from other family members.”

SureCare Scarborough provides clients with a full range of regulated and non-regulated services including full domiciliary and live-in care packages enabling clients to continue living in their own homes.

Non-regulated household support services include housekeeping, gardening, handyman services, shopping and pet care.
