CARE South, a not-for-profit charity and a provider of residential and home care across the south of England, is supporting Lewis-Manning Hospice Care’s ‘Candles in the Community’ for a third year in a row by sponsoring all events.
The events launching this Autumn will give everyone the opportunity to come together to celebrate and remember loved ones:
• Candles on the Lake – The Kitchen, Poole Park, Saturday, October 7.
• Candles on the Beach – Swanage Seafront, Saturday, October 21.
• Candles on the Green – Wimborne Minster, Saturday, November 18.
Local choirs and The Salvation Army will perform at each event and include a short reflective reading, whilst creating a magical display of lights.
Care South’s chief executive Simon Bird said: “As a charity partner of Lewis-Manning Hospice Care we are delighted to support such a worthwhile event with our team, residents and their families getting involved in various ways.
“Candles in the Community is a lovely event that gives people the opportunity to do something special to remember their loved ones. We have a fantastic relationship with Lewis-Manning Hospice Care and both charities strive to help people in our community.”
The ‘Candles in the Community’ events are free to attend.
