Residents have a crack at Easter crafts

RESIDENTS of Dene Holm Residential Care Home in Northfleet embraced their creative side and crafted some handmade decorations. 
With Easter just around the corner, the residents decided to brighten up their home with some seasonal decorations. 
They spent a morning cutting, colouring, sticking, painting and hanging, as they made their own decorations while discussing Easter traditions.  
Carefully embellishing chicks with sequins, painting Easter eggs and sticking pom poms on bunnies, they hung the finished decorations around the home. 
General manager Christine Hutchinson said: ‘Once again, the Easter holiday looks a bit different for us all this year but we are feeling positive and upbeat here at Dene Holm, so we wanted to brighten up our home ready for our Easter celebrations.’
