St. Jude’s Nursing Home in Sutton, Surrey has been acquired by Konku Care (Sutton) Ltd, a privately-owned care provider, which now owns three nursing homes in the borough of Sutton.
The business – established in 1995 by the previous owners and registered for up to 40 residents – was brought to the market to allow the previous owner to retire.
Following a confidential process undertaken by Nick Greaves of NGA Care, St. Judes has been acquired by Konku Care (Sutton) Ltd.
Mr Konkumalla, CEO of Konku Care, said: “Bringing St Jude’s into our portfolio marks an important milestone for the group, expanding our ability to deliver high-quality complex nursing care, as well as residential and nursing services, to the Sutton community.”
Nick added: “St Jude’s is a fantastic addition to Mr Konkumalla’s growing nursing home portfolio, the home is immaculately presented and has an excellent reputation for the care it provides, I am really pleased to have assisted my client with their retirement plans.”
St. Nursing Home was sold for an undisclosed price.
