Survey ranks operator as a global leader for employee engagement

HOME Instead has been ranked within the top five per cent of health and social care companies worldwide in terms of care professional satisfaction.

The scores are from a nationwide survey by independent employee engagement experts WorkBuzz. The domiciliary care provider’s results rank it within the top three companies WorkBuzz surveys out of more than 450 nationwide.

“As more of our franchise offices offer more complex care, we will continue to make living at home a reality for people when their care needs grow.”

All of Home Instead’s 16,000 clients and their families, as well as all 10,000 care professionals, were invited to take part in an anonymous survey. 

Home Instead received the care professional advocacy score of 88, an overall mark showing how supportive an employer it is. And 43 of its offices have been named as ‘5* Employers’.

The operator also received a client advocacy of 64, which is well above the global benchmark of 50.
