ORGANISATIONS from all sectors across the UK and Ireland came together at St James’s Palace recently to celebrate outstanding practice in training, learning and development.
In what has been the best year for the Princess Royal Training Awards since they were established in 2016, there were 53 awardees, each receiving their awards from HRH The Princess Royal.
The pinnacle of achievement in L&D, the Awards are completely free and royally recognise employers committed to training who can show exceptional impact on their organisation.
What’s more, organisations do not compete against one another, they simply need to meet the Awards’ criteria.
Applicants receive unrivalled support throughout the process and there is even an opportunity to get feedback from assessors on a draft application!
Organisations large and small from the care sector have achieved these prestigious Awards.
Leading independent physiotherapy provider Ascenti received an Award in 2023 for its clinical development programme.
Learning and clinical development lead Alexandra Stead said: “For our staff and prospective employees, this accolade provides assurance that they will receive award-winning support to help them develop their practice and progress in their career.
“As a trusted partner to the NHS and hundreds of insurers, solicitors and private businesses, this shows that Ascenti is committed to investing in industry-leading training and development for its clinicians, and enhancing patient care.”
Applications open on December 4.
