NACC award winners celebrated by the members

THE National Association of Care Catering gathered in Nottingham to celebrate the great and the good of care catering at its annual awards ceremony.

The event shines a spotlight on the many outstanding contributions to care catering over the past 12 months. An abundance of innovation, excellence and dedication was demonstrated by the winning teams and individuals, together with resilience, agility and care, in what has continued to be a challenging period for the care catering sector. 

Neel Radia, national Cchair of the NACC, said: “This is always a highlight of our year. Huge congratulations to all the 2024 award winners. I was proud to present this year’s worthy winners with their accolades.

“This is a wonderful sector to work in and this year’s award winners are sparkling examples of what can be achieved. I congratulate all the winners, although in my eyes, everyone who made the shortlists were winners too. “

Winners are: Care Establishment– Bourley Grange (Care UK); Meals on Wheels – Bristol Community Meals; Catering Team (Corporate) – Norse Group; Catering Team (Care Home) – Princess Christian Care Centre (Nellsar Care Homes);  Catering Manager – Paul Levy (Signature Dining at North London Hospice); Our Care Catering Hero – Anna Sudak (Montford Manor, Care UK); The Bev Puxley Award – Steve Wright (Caring Homes Group Ltd); Region of the Year – Scotland; Pam Rhodes Outstanding Achievement Award – Mary Wedge and Roger Kellow; National Chair’s Award – The British Dietetic Association.
